At CMB we have Pilates equipment
designed and built by Balanced Body at www.Pilates.com,
a leader and innovator in the industry. The Pilates
studio has 6 reformers, 2 are clinical reformers,
the clinical reformer is designed for post
physical rehabilitation workouts. This reformer
is higher off the ground making it easier to get
on and off without strain.
Our other Pilates equipment includes 2 trapeze
tables, combo chair, exo chair, low barrel, and
ped-a-pul. Our trainers utilize rollers, balls,
discs, balance boards, therabands, weights, stabilizations
cuffs, pillows and any props that will assist
you in your learning. |
